Steven J. Kherkher

Steven J. Kherkher has been practicing law at Williams Kherkher Law Firm for nearly 20 years. Steve, a partner with the firm, graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and of Order of the Lytae.
In addition to managing Williams Kherkher's longest-running docket, asbestos, Steve also has amassed great experience with pharmaceutical litigation. He earned several, multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements representing clients injured by the diet-drug fen-phen. He is currently helping to head up the firm's docket of Vioxx cases.
Steve brings to bear his years of experience - especially with defective drugs and products - on
Kugel Mesh cases. Since the FDA recalled the Composix Kugel Mesh Patch in December 2005, Steve has led Williams Kherkher's efforts to sign up several clients.
Steve is licensed to practice in Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, and Arkansas. He holds memberships in the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Steve is also a member of the American Bar Associations, as well as the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
John T. Boundas

John T. Boundas, a partner at Williams Kherkher Law Firm, helps head the firm's Kugel Mesh docket. John also helped managed the massive fen-phen docket and currently co-manages the Vioxx docket.
John graduated first in his class at the University of Iowa College of Law and scored second-highest on the Texas bar examination. He has been a practicing attorney for over a decade, licensed in Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
John has been instrumental in signing clients who were injured by the
Kugel Mesh Patch. Clients have reported that the recoil ring in the patch has broken open, causing bowel perforations and other serious intestinal injuries.
John is a cancer survivor.
